Repairs to this  wrap-around porch included replicating the existing skirting.  

 The cornice of this commercial building was crumbling away as detailed in this close-up photo. Existing original elements were retained and the missing areas were replicated with state of the art restoration materials. 

 The basement windows (below)of this 1840's farm house replicated 15 years ago- standing the test of time
